We stand behind Viviva Strength Blend. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (EU consumer protection law), this right applies to all customers regardless of location.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return:

Product must be unopened and unused. Once a bottle has been opened, it cannot be accepted for return due to health and safety regulations.
Original packaging must be intact and resealable.
Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Your order must be original and purchased from us.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may use any shipping method; we recommend tracking for your protection. Please send returns to the address provided by our support team.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will verify it meets our return conditions. If approved, we process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your bank to post the refund.

6. Cancellation Before Shipment

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will investigate and either replace the product or issue a full refund at our discretion. Do not refuse delivery; instead, accept the package and document any damage with photos.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

Opened or used bottles
Bottles outside the 14-day window
Products damaged by improper storage or handling

9. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements. Each return is reviewed individually.
